Hendrickson Trailer Disc Steerable Suspension combines Hendrickson’s proven HT230 Top Mount suspension with its innovative steer axle technology. Complemented by the proven UBL™ axle lift system, it delivers a compliant solution that offers maximised operating efficiency.

This suspension offers improved trailer manoeuvrability, reduced tyre wear and lower cost of life of a self-steer axle, along with the benefits of HXL5® or HXL7® extended long-life wheel end system and TIREMAAX™ PRO.

TIREMAAX PRO advanced tyre inflation system provides constant active inflation, relieving and equalising of tyre pressures. HXL5 Hendrickson Extended-Life wheel-end system features a 3-Year 800,000 kilometre on-highway warranty, while the HXL7 Hendrickson Extended-Life wheel-end system features a 5-Year 1,200,000 kilometre on-highway warranty.

The Hendrickson Trailer Disc Steerable Suspension helps operators meet applicable regulatory needs for steerable axle applications, including Australian National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and Performance Based Standards (PBS).

It is designed to be compatible with trailers fitted with either 22.5" or 19.5" wheels. It provides fleets with the peace of mind by having a complete Hendrickson solution throughout their trailers.
