Hendrickson Severe-Duty System

The Hendrickson Severe Duty System HSDS® delivers rugged dependability and outstanding ride quality and control for curtainsiders, platform trailers, tippers, tankers and container chassis.

Our patented TRI-FUNCTIONAL® Bush in unison with a rigid beam and rigid axle connection provides the ideal combination of ride softness and roll stability. With only two long-life bushes for each suspension, HSDS provides a straight-forward, functional design with few parts to minimise maintenance.

Available with drum brakes, the HSDS supplies responsive, consistent braking power in a reliable and durable package. In addition, standard QUIK-ALIGN® provides fast, easy, accurate axle alignment using standard tools.

1. Suspension ride heights must be set within Hendrickson specifications in order to provide load equalisation among axles and to ensure proper suspension performance. Failure to maintain proper ride height settings can lead to suspension, axle or trailer damage.
