Available exclusively to the fire and rescue industry, the HN® FR suspension system utilizes a VariRate® spring system to provide the perfect balance of empty ride quality and loaded stability. Its diagonally mounted rubber bolster springs act in compression and sheer to deliver superior ride quality by dissipating road shock, while its extra wide spring centers and auxiliary springs provide outstanding stability under challenging conditions.

HAULMAAX^®

HAULMAAX® is a premium rubber suspension designed for vocational applications where durability, lightweight and driver comfort are essential. HAULMAAX's innovative low-maintenance design utilizes rubber bolster springs coupled with progressive load springs that provide a superior combination of empty ride quality and loaded stability. The lightweight design offers up to 690 lbs. of weight savings versus competitive vocational rear tandem suspension. In addition, up to 17 inches of diagonal articulation help keep the axle in traction for superb off-road mobility.

HAS^™ 40K/46K

Hendrickson’s HAS™ 40K/46K air suspensions provide excellent on- and off-highway performance, ride quality, and cargo protection. Both HAS 40K and HAS 46K are approved for use with lift axles and up to 25 percent off-highway operation. In addition, the HAS family of suspensions is available with optional EDGE System to help reduce driveline vibration.

HAS^™ 21K/23K

The durable construction of Hendrickson's HAS™ rear air suspension improves handling characteristics and reduces scheduled maintenance. Large-volume air springs and premium shocks absorbers provide a softer ride and greater protection from the effects of road shock on the chassis, equipment, drivers and passengers. Designed for multiple applications including P & D, beverage, fire rescue, recycling vehicles, sweepers, tanker tractors, RVs, on-highway vans, school buses and commercial bus applications.

COMFORT AIR^® 10K

The COMFORT AIR® 10K rear air suspension is designed and manufactured specifically for the cut away and specialty vehicle market. Available at a 10,000 lbs. capacity rating, COMFORT AIR offers a kneeling feature with minimal forward roll while maintaining stability and driver handling. Air springs and shocks work together to adjust to changing road conditions, providing passengers with a comfortable ride.

AIRTEK^®

Save up to 97 pounds with AIRTEK. With a unique design that provides increased stability, improved ride and comfort, and reduced maintenance, AIRTEK is the industry’s first front air suspension and steer axle system. Combined with Hendrickson’s STEERTEK™ NXT axle, AIRTEK can offer up to 97 pounds of weight savings over standard suspensions for applications rated between 12,000 – 14,000 pounds.
