The Boler Company Announces New President of Hendrickson International
CHICAGO, IL. – Officials of The Boler Company announced the appointment of Joseph Ross to the position of President of Hendrickson International, the company’s principal operating division.

Ross will continue to have direct responsibility for leadership of the Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems business.

Ross has been with Hendrickson for almost 15 years and has played an important role in the growth and profitability of the business. "His knowledge of the company, its products, its customers, and its culture will prove invaluable as we continue our recovery from the recession in our primary markets," said John M. Boler, Founder and Chairman. Ross replaces Mark Schwabero who recently resigned.

Reporting to Ross will be Keith Stephenson, President Truck Suspensions and Global Business Development; Steve Mance, Vice President and General Manager, Components Group, and Bob Micchelli, Vice President, Finance.

Prior to his tenure with Hendrickson, Ross held important positions with Gould Inc., Warner Electric Brake and Clutch Company and Applied Power Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
