JOLIET, Ill. – Officials of American Trim LLC of Lima, Ohio, and Hendrickson
Bumper and Trim of Joliet, Ill., announced today that they joined forces in a
strategic alliance under a supply and marketing agreement.
This collaboration takes advantage of the synergies of both companies and
creates unique product and technology solutions for the entire commercial
vehicle industry. Both companies are the market leaders and innovators in their
respective areas.
“The combined effort under this agreement provides the industry with a
comprehensive source for commercial vehicle bumper and trim components,” says

Product offerings include: metal and plastic components utilizing proprietary
products such as MONOFORM™ decorative metal stampings, OCP™ inks, coatings,
films and MICRO-TEX™ metal finishing technologies, as well as, HENDRICKSON AERO
BRIGHT™ (HAB™) and AERO CLAD® bumpers and trim.
Hendrickson will be responsible for the commercial activities of this alliance,
while both companies will use their engineering and manufacturing capabilities
to optimize costs and bring technology innovation to the marketplace.
