ITASCA, Ill. — In a corporate reorganization, Doug Sanford assumed duties as
general manager of Hendrickson Spring, while Matt Boler took over as general
manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim.
In making the announcement, John H. Walker, president and CEO of The Boler
Company, Hendrickson’s parent organization, reported that Sanford, former
general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim, takes responsibility for
strategic initiatives of Hendrickson Spring headquartered in Stratford,
Ontario, Canada.
Walker appointed Matt Boler general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim
headquartered in Joliet, Ill. He now reports to Steve Andrews, general
manager of Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems of Woodridge, Ill.
Boler will play a key leadership role in furthering operations improvements
for the bumper and trim businesses and continuing development of the
HENDRICKSON AERO BRIGHT product line, Walker added.
A seven-year veteran of Hendrickson, Sanford previously served as the
director of marketing and program management in Hendrickson Truck Suspension
Systems.
Prior to joining Hendrickson, Sanford worked in the automotive industry for
UGN, Inc., where he held various sales and management positions. He received
a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Bradley University in Peoria,
Ill.
Boler formerly served as director of strategic planning for The Boler
Company in Itasca. Prior to joining the organization, he held various
positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing and engineering with
Motorola.
Matt Boler earned a master of business administration from Northwestern
University at Evanston, Ill., and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical
engineering from University of Notre Dame at Notre Dame, Ind.
