ITASCA, Ill. – Officials at The Boler Company have announced a number of
organizational changes that support an expanded business strategy for itself and
that of its Hendrickson operations.
Hendrickson is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of commercial vehicle
suspension systems.
In making the changes, John Walker, president and CEO of The Boler Company,
outlined three key initiatives for the company. Walker stated, “First and
foremost, we will protect and grow the Hendrickson business in our core North
American market. Secondly, we will significantly expand Hendrickson’s presence
in international markets. Third, we will increase The Boler Company’s
participation in the commercial vehicle industry through the investment of
capital in companies that can complement our Hendrickson business.”
The organizational changes at The Boler Company include promotions for prior
Hendrickson staff members. Robert Micchelli has been named vice president,
finance and IT, for The Boler Company. Keith Stephenson has been named chief
development officer of The Boler Company. Remaining in their current leadership
roles for The Boler Company are Jim Colley, vice president and treasurer, and
Nancy Coons, vice president, administration.
At Hendrickson, Joe Ross remains president with responsibility for the North
American business, while Keith Stephenson has been named president of
Hendrickson’s international business.
Walker added, “We are confident that by combining the senior executives of our
Hendrickson business with The Boler Company we will be better positioned to
execute our plans while increasing the support to our global customers.”
