Web Site Locator Connects U.S. and Canadian Fleets, Owner-operators with Hendrickson Pro-Genuine

ITASCA, Ill. — With just a “click” of a computer mouse, drivers or fleet
service professionals can now find the nearest Hendrickson-recognized
Pro-Genuine truck service facilities.
Hendrickson recently expanded its Web site (www.hendrickson-intl.com)
launching a service facility locator for Pro-Genuine service affiliates in
the United States or Canada.
To find the nearest Hendrickson-recognized service facility, drivers or
fleet maintenance technicians simply enter a zip code or Canadian postal
code and click the search button. The name, address and phone number of all
Pro-Genuine truck service facilities within a 200-mile radius come up on the
screen.
The locator also provides maps and driving directions. It allows narrowing
of the searches when entering a distance along with the postal code. Advance
searches feature additional ways to locate Pro-Genuine facilities including
telephone area code or by state or province.
The locator augments Hendrickson’s recently introduced Pro-Genuine truck
service affiliation program, which identifies facilities with professionally
trained spring and suspension technicians who install Hendrickson Genuine
Parts.
To guide truck service providers and enhance customer satisfaction, the
Pro-Genuine program assists facilities with an extensive array of tools
including comprehensive training of technicians, technical support,
marketing materials and promotional offers.
For truck service professionals interested in joining the Pro-Genuine
network, enrollment fee includes program administration and all materials
with Hendrickson subsidizing program supplies at less-than-cost. Plans call
for additional subsidized promotional elements including outdoor illuminated
signage.
