Leader in reducing weight and improving ride quality, reliability and performance.
Global manufacturing: Canada, United States, Mexico, Spain and India
Hendrickson has been designing and manufacturing leaf springs for the commercial vehicle industry since the 1920’s.
Parabolic Spring
Hendrickson designs and produces a variety of rear heavy-section parabolic springs for off-road applications.
|
HAS Spring
Main support members are manufactured out of a unique, top-quality, fine-grain steel with high tensile strength developed specifically
by Hendrickson engineers and steel manufacturers.
|
Multi-leaf Spring
Rugged yet efficient, the multi-leaf is subject to all of Hendrickson’s stringent design and quality assurance standards.
|
MONOLEAF™ Spring
This innovative spring design provides truck steer axles with a lighter and more durable spring system for greatly improved vehicle ride.
|
AIRTEK® Spring
Advanced spring design technology has produced a unique spring dedicated to Hendrickson’s innovative front air steer axle design. This parabolic taper spring is constructed using our proprietary process and materials.
|
Air Suspension Spring Beam
Hendrickson’s proprietary heavy section material and forming experience spawnedinnovative solutions for the popular suspensions in demand today. Years of product research and development resulted in efficient suspension members that provide excellent ride without sacrificing handling.

Spring Technology
Hendrickson’s unique manufacturing technology revolutionized leaf spring performance. This proprietary technology allowed Hendrickson engineers to produce more efficient springs that reduce weight and improve ride performance and durability. Hendrickson rapidly advanced this technology, providing spring designs that reduce weight by as much as 70 percent over conventional multi-leaf springs. Today, Hendrickson has further advanced the "state of the art" with additional weight and cost reductions, while taking another step forward
in increasing strength and spring life.
A Material Difference
Hendrickson’s engineers work closely with major steel manufacturers to produce unique, top-quality, fine-grain steel with high tensile strength and improved durability. The steel is rolled into spring leaves by Hendrickson’s computer-controlled, taper rolling mills. Uniform fine grain, high strength and toughness are then assured by a
proprietary heat treatment process. Precision-machined, solid-die tooling controls spring stress distribution and load height. All critical surfaces of Hendrickson taper springs are then mechanically treated using a proprietary peening process to further improve fatigue resistance.
As the world leader in the production of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck springs, Hendrickson continues to improve spring design and performance by operating the largest laboratory in North America dedicated
to spring research and development.
