Steve Berry

Steve Berry Global Field Service Director

Steve began his career at Hendrickson in 2001 as a Regional Service Manager and was promoted to his current position as National Service Manager –Canada in 2008. Prior to his career at Hendrickson Steve was employed by Freightliner Corporate Canada for 14 years where he was a technical warranty product inspector and later promoted to a Technical Product Manager. Prior to Freightliner Corp., Steve worked for various companies in the trucking industry. Steve attended Sheridan College majoring in Business.

Skip Martens

Skip Martens Regional Service Manager

Skip started his career with Hendrickson in 1969 working in production at the Truck and Tandem Suspension plant in Lyons, IL. In 1977, Skip moved into the Truck Suspension engineering group working in the research and development laboratory. He helped to develop many of the truck suspensions currently offered today. Skip was promoted to a Field Service Manager for the Truck Suspension division in 2000, and assumed his current position in 2004. Skip has enjoyed a long rich history with the development and growth of Hendrickson today.

Rudy Jordan

Rudy Jordan Regional Service Manager

Rudy started with Hendrickson in January of 2000 in the Trailer Suspension plant in Clarksville, TN. After 8 months on the assembly line he took a position as a Quality Assurance Technician. In June of 2002 Rudy started in the Sales Associate training program and in October of 2002 was promoted to District Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest. In June of 2006 Rudy was promoted to his current position as Regional Service Manager, Upper Midwest. Rudy is a 14 year Army veteran and holds a B.A. from Governors State University.

Bob Borsom

Bob Borsom Regional Service Manager

Bob began his career with Hendrickson in 1995 as an Engineering Technician at Hendrickson's research and development facility for truck suspensions in Woodridge Illinois. In 2003 he was promoted to in-house Technical Support Manager and assumed his current position in 2011. Prior to his employment with Hendrickson he spent 13 years as an Engineering Technician for Arvin Meritor. Bob graduated from Triton College with a degree in Automotive Technology.

Alonzo Horn

Alonzo Horn Regional Service Manager

Alonzo joined Hendrickson in 2007 after many years in the transportation industry, 30 of those at Rockwell / Meritor where he held several positions in manufacturing, field sales, service and the aftermarket. Alonzo resides in Colorado and is a Regional Service Manager with service responsibilities in the Southwest and Western portion of the Upper Midwest. Alonzo is a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of Morehead State University with a degree in industrial technology and business.

Tony Kockritz

Tony Kockritz Regional Service Manager

Tony began his career in the Trucking Industry in 1984 at Anderson Brothers Truck Parts and Equipment in Portland Oregon. During his time at Anderson Brothers he worked in several positions such as rebuilding suspensions, parts salesmen, purchasing and outside sales. In 2001 Tony was hired by Hendrickson International as a Regional Service Manager where he has been currently employed for the past 12 years. Tony gets great satisfaction being able to educate and teach technicians on how to service a Hendrickson suspension.

David Knapp

David Knapp Regional Service Manager

David started his career with Hendrickson in 1999 as a customer service representative for the Auxiliary Axle Division. He moved on to field sales in 2001 and assumed his current role in field service in 2007. David has been involved in the Class 8 transportation field since 1995. He holds a degree in Business Management from Otterbein College.
