Real Hands-On Training

Ninety percent of people prefer hands-on over learning lectures. Research studies have shown that information learned by normal lecture style environment results in retention of only 25 percent while learning hands-on is up to 75 percent retention. One of the many benefits of hands-on training is that participants will engage in actual repairs on our custom training models. hands-on also allows the use of the correct tools and understanding of correct and safe repair procedures.

Small Group Training

Class sizes are limited in design to allow for a more personalized experience. Sessions are generally under 30 participants that break into smaller groups of ten or less to allow all participants hands-on training with each custom training model.

Hendrickson Vehicle Suspension Institute was introduced in 2007 with the intention to provide a comprehensive service and maintenance training program to technicians who work with our suspension system products. Today, with more than over 600 technicians trained in different regions across the USA and Canada, Hendrickson is committed to continue supporting our products in the field with services like HVSI. During a one day session, you are trained on up to three various service and maintenance subjects related to Hendrickson truck, trailer or lift axle systems.
